ESPAÑA

Officially the Kingdom of Spain, is a country of western Europe constituted in parliamentary monarchy that occupies something more than five sixth of the Iberican Peninsula, two located archipelagoes, one in the Mediterranean Sea and another one in the Atlantic Ocean.

Next to other twenty-six European countries it conforms European Unión (UE). Has an extension of 504,645 km2, a population of 45.116.894 inhabitants. Its capital is Madrid. The Castilian (also called Spanish) is the official language.

Euro, became the currency of official exchange rate of Spain the 1 of January of 2002, replacing to the peseta. The citizens began to use it in the daily life.

In the last ten Spain years it has received to a great amount of immigrants of Hispano-American countries like Ecuador, Colombia, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Republic Dominicana and Venezuela, as well as of different zones from Africa and Europe. The strong economic growth of expansive type that has displayed the country from 1993 has required a great amount of manual labor. In the present time, Spain locates itself like the eighth greater economy of the world.
